BFSA... bassfishing.co.za... "the website" whatever you want to call it, this has been a breath of fresh air for bassfishing in my opinion.

With my first fishing buddy heading off to Aus, and then my last partner getting a transfer to Bloem, I had a limited number of fishing buddies left. Through BFSA, not only have I got fishing buddies for the weekend, and had the most enjoyable times with them on the water, but I can head off to JHB or CT and have more than a few contacts to go and throw a line with.

After leaving the semi-competitive scene a few years ago, my fishing trips now are purely on a social level, and although we have great fun out there, this website is a far cry from a bucket of laughs. It's an immense tool, full of information from the physical aspect of fishing, to advise on rods, reels, line etc... hell, there are even forums on setting up fishfinders properly, selecting the correct prop for your boat etc.

This is a great tool for any aspect of the sport and certainly the best investment I have made in my pursuit of the little green fish. Online competitions for prizes, social "caring and sharing" weekend tours are just a few of the additional benefits one can get from the site.

I'll reccommend this site to anyone who has even a slight interest in bass fishing.
