What is your ideal boat lunch pack?

Ham, cheese, tomato sarmies & hot coffee. Always some biltong and sausage and of course those breakfast bars always on offer @ provincial and other events.

Kassie forgot to add Doxycycline for tick bite fever....... :eusa_whistle:

Yoh okes you all lekker healthy - NOT

I usually will eat peanut butter and banana on a health bread - super high in energy and tastes lekker. Dried mango and some biltong and perhaps a energy bar of some sort. I also enjoy chowing yogurt covered nuts ... I try stick to high energy products that are not super unhealthy.

WATER WATER and more WATER ... sometimes ill have a coke light or coke zero for a change.

NO Beer or Alcohol on the boat its illegal !!

Toasted sandwich, droewors, Tinkies, Tempo choc, sweet chilli Fritos and vitamin water. Halls in die gat sak vir daai koue oggende.

I go for peanut butter and golden syrup and LOTS of water.

I'm also happy to say that I've never had a drop of alcohol on my boat.
