Stanford Fishing - kable13 - 09-26-2019 Hey guys I'm pretty new here. I've done some fishing in the past but almost never exclusively for bass. I'm going to Stanford this weekend and looking for some advice. I know there's bass around there I'm just not sure where. I've heard there's a small dam in the town, there's obviously the river and apparently the Stanford Hills wine estate allows free fishing in their dams.  I have no idea where in the river to fish, if fishing at the dam is safe and allowed or what lures to use?  Have any of you guys fished the area and know where to catch? I have had to beg the missus to allow me a few hours to fish so I'm hoping to pull at least a few fish out to make it worth while.
