Paid access at the gate. RE: General access and permission to dams - Gary Myburgh - 12-19-2019 You do not need any special permission to fish Zandvlei, Zeekoivlei or little Princess Vlei. Note that only the upper parts of Zandvlei have bass. The best is generally the Rutter Road "pond". You can catch from the bank , but a small boat helps. As far as I know Lakensvlei is only open to CPS members. I think it is also a flies only venue.
