Best bass fishing camping sites in western Cape

Hi guys hope you well I would like to take my family camping December I would to know what spots are grate for camping in western cape and most importantly bass fishing with a kick boat please help

There's hundreds of places on the Breede. Doubt they're all booked for December. Do some research bud. A few more options at Bulshoek too.

Hi sorry I meant bullshoek and ronderberg is full hoping to get something close to clan or quaqarskloof or theewaterskloof

I found a spot at clan William municipal resort any info please it looks okay but just don't want to go to a place where the ppl are a bit out of hand

If you stay in the chalets in Clan muni camp site you should be fine however i will not take the family on a camping excursion at clan municipal camp site, like you said it can become a bit "loud". there are other options around clan like lebanon you can look into.

Both kwaggas and theewaters have proper camping facilities however water levels might be an issue if you're looking at launching a boat.

Agree with Ginja. There has been issues with noise and theft and the municipal grounds at Clan when it gets busy.

Lebanon at Clanwilliam, great campsite on the waters edge. Safe for kids

Clan in December gets F%&*ing hot, just keep that in mind. Bulshoek will be full of skiiers and gets very busy that time of year. As Rory said, there are loads of places on the Breede

Rondegat has some nice cottages. I kickboated there last year and caught quite a few.

Tamarak mango estate at clan as well. private campsite only two campsites, electricity available. has porta loos and the hotwater is made by stoking a donkey........
