Hey Jeremy

That page is now history... What you will see is on the left hand site of the page there is a latest forum replies box... that is the same as what was displayed on the old home page. If you click on the forum from now on the left hand box will expand and show you the last 20 forums that have been replied on... hope that makes sense... we can make it longer? maybe the last 30 replies? Chris can you ask them to have a look, I extended it the other night but cant remember where :blue-redface:

I'm sure 20 is enough it was just nice to see the original author and how many times it had been viewed ect. It's fine as it is and just a matter of getting use to the new layout.

how much more I have to learn about fishing.

Just come across another small glitch but then again it could be ID10T error from the user. If you could assist.

Uploaded a pic to the gallery and copied the code as below but nothing.
I then copied the image info location and it worked, it added %20Sunrise to the end that was not in the original code.

That's because you have a space in the file name, images (or any files) uploaded to a web server shouldn't have spaces in their names, %20 is the html code for a space. Thanks for that info though, we'll implement a validation that will prevent images with spaces in their names from being uploaded.

the old page is probably cached. just retype the full bfsa address and it should update to the new site.

And don't forget mozilla firefox because its better than chrome !

To force your browser to refresh hold down the CONTROL key and hold it down while you push the F5 key...that will force it to load the most recent page, sometimes your service provider caches pages and you will see an old one...and blah, blah, blah.... it's a long story.

But try what I've suggested above, it should solve the problem.

Have done the above and it is sorted! Thanks! :blue-biggrin:

Changing your avatar, does it still have the same image requirements like below 24k - 120 pix.

I can only find one way to change my avatar and that is through my profile which is, Your Account/Messages/Profile.

Just seems like a strange route which is fine by me because I know where it is.

I note that when I connect to BFSA my user name does not show in the "Online Now" list even though I am logged in.

I then first have to log-out and log back in for the my user name to show, does this happens with others? Perhaps it has been addressed already?

Mine does. A small one, the BFSA Home and the Home in the new side block take you to different places.

Jeremy the avatar requirements are the same, nothing changes there.

You would access your avatar and any other profile settings by clicking on Your Account > Settings.

It does sometimes take a few minutes for your user to show up in the "users online" box, I haven't experienced this, hopefully it was a temporary glitch, is it working for you now?

I'm not understanding this one, can you explain in some more detail?

Thanks Jeremy, can I ask which browser you are using, the image above doesn't look anything like it's supposed to.
