I have used all 3 brands............... still have them but run mainly on my Q-EXO and my KVD reels. I like the profile and weight of the reels matched with my American Rodsmith rods.It took a while to get the combo's right,but it works for me.
Shimano,Quantam,Daiwa,Abu,Okuma.............PFFFFT!!!! IMHO all have good and bad qualities.Some MORE than others :blue-badgrin:
