Hi Guys.

I was sent the following from a concerned angler in the WC after we heard a murmur about this late last year during a dam RMP public meeting wherein this was alluded to as a possibility for reduction in evaporation losses in sunny SA. It's concerning to say the least and maybe the local WC okes can shed some more light on this.......??
