looks like the sea got a lot of the rain was in calk bay last night it was splashing up onto the wall sea must be full :roll: me thinks clan fills with the snow melting can fill in 5 days and the snow is thick this time first time this winter

Odd that after all this recent rain,TWK has gone down. Nice to see Clan is getting some decent flow from their rivers.

The first rains would have soaked into the ground. Once the water table level has risen and the ground is drenched the water should start flowing. The levels are showing a slight rise today. There should be a considerable increase by the time next weeks figures are published. But lots more is needed to fill the our dams by the end of winter. Western Cape dams are on average 25 - 30% lower then they were at the same time last year.

Ja Bulshoek up to 80%, which means Clan was a bit fuller than 10.5%. They obviously opened the sluice gates, maybe I'm wrong....
