Hi I am Scrat. I am 30 years old for almost the rest of this year. !! I live in V-town near the Vaal! "Nog 'n boerkie seun". I work in Josies! I got my first taste to Bass fishing in the Drakkies at the Himeville Nature reserve trout dam a few years ago. (The people there hate bass) But this year the bass fever really got to me. I like to fish the Vaal river, Bass lake (wished they allow fishing on weakends), Vastity Dam in Vaderbijlpark. My sister ownes a holiday home in Underberg and I make use of it evertime I can, to go Bassin in Berg.

I have another three friends in V-town a fish with usually. I bought a xplorer float tube a few weeks ago and it changed my live. I love that adrinalin rush you get from bass fishing.

Thanx for this site, I've allready learn alot from you guys.

I must admit .... I'm HOOKED!!!!!

Hey Scrat!

It's awesome to have you on board. I grew up in V-Town and still have family living there. Caught my first bass on a homemade fly way back in '85 at Volsoo Park where the Klip meets the Vaal. Now that's going back a few years, shees! :blue-neutral:
