novice to alright teaching son 4year old

ok so im also fairly new here but im thoroughly enjoying bass fishing its all i talk and think about im a bank angler if u can call me an angler...and my son is about to turn 4 and i want to get him into the sport or recreation early as i only picked up bass fishing the past year and half and i have been fairly ok on catching teh fish small ones but im learning every time im on the water if any one can give some advice to help me teach my son how to fish bass and try and enjoy it liek his dad it would be greatly appreciated. i fish mostly at albert falls as its family freindly and now and again a few private dams in eston. midmar i have tried but not succeeded but i am making iot a priority to catch just one bass off the bank at midmar
so guys and girls any assistance will be appreciated..........

Hi Reilly

Man I tried to read your post and ran out of breath.

Good to hear you want to get junior "hooked" so young. I have two kids, both had national colours for angling at 9. To get him interested keep it simple. Get a float an a bucket of worms and start on bluegill and tilapia. They are generally shallower and with more grass in the water now, are easier to catch. Kids lose interest very quickly and our green friends can be tricky at times. Good way to learn about bass forage as well.

Midmar is tough even off a boat so you going to need a bit of luck thrown in with a lot of persistance.

so with you running out of breath reading my post i guess i type as fast as i talk......lol

so i must try the tilapia and bluegill. and specific times i can fish the bluegill and tilapia. as i have only been taught bass fishing the other forms are lost to me at this moment.

A little bit of punctuation goes a long way in making things easier to read. Put a of a few fast caps and full stops in there in you type as fast as you say... :blue-biggrin:
