Illegal boat......

I received this on mail and seeing as I missed out on the fun of searching for lost treasures, I thought I would share as a warning for those who might tempt the same fate, sometime....:

"Yesterday afternoon a fellow arrived at the dam to do a bit of Carp fishing.
He stopped at the office to buy some wood for a braai fire.
He didn't switch off the engine and the hand brake apparently "gave way".
The bakkie rolled down the road with the owner trying to catch up! It ended
up 38m in the dam with all his equipment, camping gear , wallet etc. in or
on it!
They couldn't find it by late last night and started again this morning,
dragging anchors up and down, wading in and trying to locate it to no avail!
This morning ***** ********* came out and donned his wet suit and snorkel.
He found it after a short search and they pulled it out using Cyril's
bakkie!
Everything was recovered except his suitcase with his clothes in it! He
still has his braai meat, 3 btles of Klippies, a carton of sodden smokes,
fishing tackle and wet blankets etc.
Lucky chap!! :-)"

Too much of funnyness!

But a kak situation to be in....

Couldn't help but notice the reference to 3 bottles of klippies....I know the winter carp fishing at Wriggleswade is slow, but 3 bottles is a bit of overkill!
