Yeah, let's get this site going again.
Here is my 2.6 kg at Buffeljagsdam. Caught by pitching a fighting frog.

Nice fish there guys.
I have not been keeping abreast with all the latest tackle developments - what exactly is a 'Ned Rig'?

It would be nice to get the site active again but all my queries have just been ignored.
So you tend to just ignore the site and don't feel part of the community that was developed on the old site. The other thing is I'm guessing most of us don't really know how this forum works.
The more I learn about fishing the more I realise
how much more I have to learn about fishing.

We had a club outing at Wriggleswade this past weekend.
I only managed 4 fish for the Saturday and 3 on Sunday but managed to land a 2.465 and a 1.645 Lipless crank was on FIRE saturday - so much so that i had to put it in the water to cool it off ![]() Also managed to lose another decent 2,5kilo fish at the riprap also on a lipless - came out of the water like you see in the US adverts - flared its gills, shook its head, said "this is yours" and spat my lure back at me! ![]()

Thanks for the explanation. Will give it a go.
Suppose the Squirrel Tail from BBB will also work?

Hey guys.
Kassie, the only lip (less) thing you know is the lip you get when you say you're going fishing................again. Good on you boet but I don't believe that warm water could cool off your fishing tools! ![]() Jim - exactly which madam are your referring to ........?? Guys, we have to get this site up and running again as I'm sure many of us miss the lekka banter we so often shared here. We can even get Toadee to slip a smile and post some pics, I'm convinced of that. Jeremy - Nav & myself will be helping out on the site from now. Feel free to direct any queries to us and if we can't help you, we'll get advice from the founders. Don't stress. Have a lekka weekend you buggers.
BIG FISH EAT LITTLE FISH....
Nice to see some activity on the site again.
Ditto on what Rip said. This past year has been good to me. Managed my best ever finish in a Classic (6th) and so far managed to get up to a 4th in a regional even. And a new smallie PB. Luckily I left some room for improvement so with the way Clanwilliam is fishing lately I might even be able to improve on that real soon. As a matter of fact I actually broke my smallie PB twice last year with my second largest one (both in regionals) both responsible for a bit of a refund on the cost of fishing expenses.
