This is some of the better underwater video footage ive seen,you can also see how easy a bass can spit your lure out.
Im sure the same guy has more posts.

That's AWESOME. Man, how clear was the lake they fished on? It's amazing to see how quickly a bass lets go of a lure once it realises that it's fake!! :blue-shock:

i think the fisherman is Homer Circle and the camara man is Glen Lau, these guys are friends and have been fishing together for 35 years, they are fishing in the everglades.
i read a article about them in bassmaster magazine

Did these guys use normal sharpened hooks on all the lures? I have a suspision that they might have clipped off the sharp ends and perhaps used tubes on the spinnerbaits? Just asking... I never saw the full movie/video myself.

It is Big Mouth Forever and it’s a real eye opener and a must watch for any bass fisherman… I experienced the really soft bite today when fishing the trees at Inanda with creature bait… I felt absolutely nothing and then Howie got stuck and gunned the sneaker motor and with the boat’s sudden movement I felt the fish on the bait! I am convinced we miss many many bites because of the phenomenon… it’s one of the reasons Howie tends to out fish me later in the day because he is able to concentrate all day whereas I have the attention span of a newt!

I dont think they are using hooks on some of the lures.
