Guys when Dewdale was flooded,there were a buch of small dams.when entering,if any one remembers,far left had small mouth,bluegill,a few smaller dams had trout,and golden trout.the dam furthest away on entering had a lot of large mouth,

PM before they filled the dam apparently they emptied all the dew dale dams and took every single fish out of them.

Not sure if this is true or not but if it is....... Then we need to get some fish in there, FAST

That being said, I still think that this whole scenario is "secret service" and if there is a fishery then it's not publicised but fish seem to move in mysterious ways sometimes??

No they did not,when the dam was being filled,at one point in time many locals were catching a lot of fish for themselves to eat,the fish were congregating in a certain area.the locals were happy.

no reason for apologies,
I'm an ass,ask Bergie,When the dam was filling,the locals caught a lot of fish in the area of Dewdale,a few friends of mine also caught there.the water is very clear,tryfvish the deeper areas,and shallow in low light.

yes it R B true, I r have caught Blue gill, barbel, wild trout, small mouth, in the river below the dam. And have seen photos of large trout and smallies caught in the dam. Yes indeed... :blue-biggrin: I bet if they catch you fishing, there will be big kak
